Depak has extensive experience in advising on immigration law, human rights and asylum law. Throughout 2005 and 2006 he has appeared before the Immigration Appeal Court almost daily.

In addition to being fluent in  several languages, Depak also has instant access to a number of interpreters who are able to assist with clients‚ problems.  He genuinely likes nothing better than spending time researching the law of immigration to keep himself up to date on the latest legal developments.

Michael McSherry

Michael's workload comprises a mixture of immigration and asylum cases. He also routinely represents clients charged with serious criminal offences. He was one of the first solicitors to qualify as a solicitor advocate and has appeared in the High Court as leading counsel many times.

He has the unique distinction of having been the first Solicitor Advocate to appear before the Privy Council in London.
